was started back in the mid 70's as a mail order business called Matco
Electronics by Michael A. Tims. At first we published plans
for constructing all sorts of electronic devices, but branched out into
many facets of electronic publications such as eBooks, CD ROMs,
Informational Directories of all kinds and lately Information on Self
Defense.
